Sushil Joshi is a freelance science writer and translator. After finishing a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Mumbai, he joined Kishore Bharati, a voluntary organization working in the field of rural development and education, especially the Hoshangabad Science Teaching Programme in 1982, and remained associated with it till its closure in 2002. At present he works as editor of Srote Features, a S&T feature service housed in Eklavya.
